The “Congrès des Notaires de France” is the oldest professional event in Europe. Each edition of the congress attracts 4,500 participants, offers 30 training sessions, features 60 speakers, partners with 50 companies, includes 140 exhibitors, hosts 300 students, engages 80 journalists, serves 10,000 meals, books 8,000 overnight stays, sorts and recycles 17 tons of materials, and covers 20,000 square meters for three days of exchanges and meetings in a different city each year.

But these numbers do not tell the whole story. The preparation for a Notaries’ Congress actually begins two years before the event. During these two years, a team of 15 volunteer notaries tackles a theme (family, housing, the digital revolution, etc.) and assesses the current legal framework surrounding these issues. After two years of legal reflection, each Congress results in precise and innovative legal proposals to address societal changes.

Since 2015, CAPA Corporate has been in charge, in close collaboration with the Association Congrès des Notaires de France, of the following:

• Event scenography: stage design, decor, sound and video production;

• Editorial support for the commissions: to ensure the link between legal reflection work and its presentation in an “accessible” format, operating on a television magazine logic: stage, talk show, duplex, production of reports and visual aids, and live production and broadcasting on the platform.

• Production of video and digital tools to animate the commissions and support the communication and visibility of the Congress on the web and social media.

• Digital communication: CAPA Creative supports the communication and online presence of the notaries’ congress by working on both the design/writing of content and its real-time publication during the three days of the event.
