As part of an communication campaign, Macif consulted CAPA to implement an awareness animation on the theme of vision impairments while driving, aimed at a general public communication strategy. We designed an immersive experience that relies on the power of demonstration and revolves around a central theme: the journey of a volunteer driver filmed from a first-person perspective inside a car.
During this experience, three sequences are predefined, corresponding to the three main risk factors:
• driving under the influence of alcohol;
• driving under the influence of drugs;
• driving while fatigued/drowsy.
Throughout this journey, special effects simulate from a first-person perspective the effects of alcohol, drugs, or fatigue on the driver’s vision.
Additionally, the user can switch to a “normal” vision at any time with a simple click or tap on their smartphone to compare the vision while driving with or without taking risks.
